With embroidery you can let your imagination be your guide. We offer custom embroidery on items as diverse as horse blankets and photo albums, or table covers with your logo for use at trade shows. Your business logo on a golf shirt, work shirt or jacket for your employees is on the job advertising for you. Customize a birthday or Christmas gift for your loved ones, create a name tag to be sewn onto childrens clothing, or personalize a towel or handkerchief for a special occasion, the ideas are endless.

HATS are a great way to advertise your business or hobby. We have a maximum height of 2 1/4" to 2 1/2" depending on the hat style, and a maximum width of 10". Plus we can re-hoop the hat and add lettering or another logo over the back. How would you put your business or team logo on a hat?

We can embroider your logo direct onto many garment styles or create a crest or patch to be appliqued onto your garment or product. With our multi-head embroidery machine as well as a single head machine we offer quick turn around on your orders, just tell us when you need your work completed and we will make every effort to fit your order into our production schedule.

Some frequently asked questions about embroidery:

• What does it mean to "digitize" a logo or design?
  • Digitizing a design or logo is the art of translating your picture or drawing or idea into a stitch format that can be read by the embroidery machine. This involves the use of specialized embroidery creation software to create the commands such as colour changes and trims, what type of stitch to use and where to use it, all the information needed to create your unique design.
  
  
• What about stock designs?
  • We carry stock designs from Digitape Designs and Floriani Designs, both of these can be viewed on line at their websites. Write down the design number and we can give you an estimate of price based on the size and stitch count in the design. We can add lettering to any of these designs.

    NOTE: We have purchased the complete design sets and have them available to use in the creation of your unique design. There is no need for you to purchase these, as we have done this already.

• What is the cost to digitize a design?
  • We have a minimum design setup charge of $50.00 depending on the complexity of the design. When you are purchasing garments from us to be embroidered approved designs will be digitized for free, these designs will remain the property of E! Embroidery for future use by you.
  
  
• How do you calculate the cost of embroidery?
  • Embroidery prices are calculated based on the stitch count of the design. To determine this we first need to have a rough copy of your design. This can be e-mailed to us in any of the following forms: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tif, .eps, or .bmp. We also need to know what type of garment it will be stitched on, what size you want the finished design to be and how many garments will be done each time. Once we have your design we will do a rough setup and give you a quotation based on this. The more information you can give us, the better our quote will be. A standard price for a basic design and a minimum quantity is $1.25 per thousand stitches.
  
  
• Are there limitations to embroidery?
  • Embroidery has some technical limitations which need to be considered before we can set up your logo. Very small lettering and very fine lines do not generally reproduce well with embroidery. Embroidery techniques also vary depending upon the material we are going onto, as an example different setups are required for t-shirts as compared to oxford cloth dress shirts. Polar fleece and hats also produce different challenges. If necessary making small changes or adaptations to your design will make it possible to embroider a top-quality image on your selected garments.

However, due to the nature of embroidery and embroidery machinery, unforseen defects, damage, or results that are different from your expectations are out of our control. When you order your garments through us we can replace garments if the unforseen happens, however we cannot be responsible for replacement or cost of customer supplied goods if they become damaged in the process of embroidery.
